1) Apply for a place for your child to start in Reception in September

This is called the normal admissions round. It is for all young children who are nearly 5 years old and about to start school for the first time. In the Autumn term, we arrange talks and guided tours for parents of children due to start school the following year. Please contact the school office on 01621 742251 to book a tour. If you would like your child to be admitted to our school, you will need to apply directly to Essex County Council, using the following link to their admissions page.

2) Apply for a place for your child: in-year admissions

THESE NEW ARRANGEMENTS APPLY TO APPLICATIONS FROM 1ST APRIL 2022. UNTIL THEN YOU SHOULD CONTINUE TO APPLY VIA THE ESSEX COUNTY COUNCIL WEBSITE.

This applies if you want to change schools. You will need to apply directly to our school, using the admission form below. Do NOT apply to Essex County Council.

Once we receive your application we will respond to you within 10 school days. This does not include weekends or school holidays. In our response we will tell you whether we can offer you a place or not.

Please note: we are an oversubscribed school and we rarely have places available. You are welcome to phone or email the school office to find out if we have any places in your year group.
