Mindfulness coloring is an opportunity to engage in an activity that disregards the flow of negative thoughts that can dominate our lives.

 

Mindfulness colouring gives you the chance to be aware of the moment and reflect on your feelings and thoughts.

 

Colour the printouts as a calm way to start each day... or each afternoon after a busy lunchtime!
