WALT: create an Eatwell Plate with food I enjoy
This is a computing / science lesson with the main part being computing if you are able to access a computer to do the work.
The Eatwell Plate is a plate that shows how much of each food group you should eat daily to be as healthy as possible. Yesterday, we did work on food groups so you have started to learn about what amounts of each of them we should be eating.
Your task today is to research the Eatwell Guide and then create a plate on your computer, putting your favourite foods in each of the sections to make up each food group. I have put links to the NHS and Government websites which show the guide and in one case, has a video.
NHS: https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/eat-well/the-eatwell-guide/
Government: https://www.food.gov.uk/business-guidance/the-eatwell-guide-and-resources
Try to create your own plate if you can, rather than writing over one that has been found online.
