**THE ALPHABET CHALLENGE**

Today you are going to do an alphabet challenge. Start with the letter 'A' and see how far through the alphabet you can get in 5 minutes.

If you try this 3 times, thinking about the science we have been doing, would you expect to get through more of the exercises or less of them? What do you predict will happen to your heart rate if you measure it?

Do 3 lots of 5 minutes and see how far you can get. Get your siblings and parents to have a go with you and see if you can beat them. Message me with the letter you reach.
